Philip Lancashire Design is an award winning commercial and residential
architectural firm specialising in the re-use of redundant industrial buildings and redundant farm buildings for commercial and residential uses. We are based in London and the South East with offices in London and Sussex. In addition to commercial and residential
conversions, we also build new structures and houses, often using reclaimed materials to create authentic designs in a wide variety of traditional styles.
Cost control is paramount. A cost plan is produced at an early stage, in conjunction with a quantity surveyor, to ensure that every project is brought home to completion within the agreed budget.
