Recent Projects by our Small Works Division Water Mill
This disused Grade 2 listed water mill in the centre of Bridport is to be converted into a residential building, with an office or workshop on the ground floor. A microwater turbine will be installed under the mill to provide all energy requirements.

This large Edwardian house in West Sussex has planning permission for a major extension. The work is due to be completed this year.

Indoor Swimming Pool
An existing indoor swimming pool and pool house will be demolished to make way for a new, larger, more aesthetically pleasing extension. The new pool house will accommodate a springboard and a water slide.

A former organ building factory, previously the local primary school, is to be converted into a combination of business and residential units. The bright, well-lit former classrooms, with their characteristic tall windows overlooking the river, will be retained.

This Atcost cattle shed, to the rear of the farmhouse, will be re-developed into additional rural offices and workshops. The new roof is designed to blend more sympathetically with the existing farm buildings.
