Planning permission has been won for redevelopment of the building, which sits on the banks of the River Torridge, in  Bideford, Devon.   The proposed ground floor plan for the new development is to the right. The tall windows overlooking the River Torridge, that were a feature of the original classrooms, will be retained in the new development, as shown in the elevation below.
