The existing extension to the right of the house is  to be demolished.  It will be replaced by a larger extension to cover the full depth of the house, hugely enhancing the visual appearance of the property. A number of preliminary sketches were produced  for the client to select from. The design to the right is the final look they eventually selected for the final appearance of the scheme. The sketch below shows one of the elevations produced for the planning application, displaying  the proposed new extension. Full planning  permission has been granted and work is expected to be completed this year.
